Tracey Wirth Moore started out as a real estate investor and ended up getting her real estate license in order to protect her interests. Right away, she realized she had a knack for the business, and in her first year alone, she became a member of the million dollar club. As it turns out, real estate is in her blood – Tracey’s great-grandfather Adam Wirth was a well-known New Orleans architect and real estate developer. Historic landmarks such as the venerable Lafayette Hotel located at 600 St. Charles Ave. bear his initials.An ambitious go-getter determined to work for herself, Tracey went on to earn her brokerage license and started Wirth-Moore Realty LLC. Today, staffed with several experienced real estate agents, Wirth-Moore is nimble, independent and motivated. Liz Winston has been around the block. Over the course of 30 years, she has been through real estate bubbles and busts – and yet her clients have always thrived. To what does she attribute her success? Training, knowledge, perserverance, integrity, and caring. She has enjoyed a successful career as a property manager, renovator, sales broker, consultant and branch manager. She is proud of her past affiliations and accomplishments with some of the South’s most recognized firms, and including serving as Vice President at the largest brokerage in the Gulf South. She has sold properties from the Lower Nine to St. Charles Avenue, from upscale residences to retail spaces. Professionally, Liz has achieved GRI and CRS designations, is a Lifetime Member of The Million Dollar Club, is licensed as a Broker, and is respected by her peers. Michelle Mize grew up in Oxford, Mississippi, where she earned a B.A. in Interior Design from the University of Mississippi. In 1996, she moved to New Orleans and began working as a licensed interior designer, managing installations of commercial design specifications in the hospitality, healthcare and marine industries. An experienced realtor since 2002, Michelle joined Wirth-Moore Realty LLC in the summer of 2008. Michelle specializes in Uptown properties in need of renovation, as well as single family and multi-family homes for first-time homebuyers, and investment property for experienced homeowners. Living in an Uptown home she lovingly renovated following Hurricane Katrina, Michelle earned residential design acclaim for the property’ restoration in a January 2008 feature in New Orleans Homes & Lifestyles magazine. Debra Howell has lived in New Orleans off and on since 1969. After six years as a real estate agent at a large local firm, she decided it was time for a change, and joined the energetic and conscientious ranks of Wirth-Moore Realty LLC. An artist and medical illustrator as well as a real estate agent, Debra specializes in historic properties in older neighborhoods throughout the city, and she knows the Carrollton and Riverbend areas intimately.
